Mollie is excited to teach you how to create these delightful Gnomes and owls from the simple process of pinch pots! Join us for this single-session class, where you will work with clay to create these fantastic little creatures. You’ll have the opportunity to choose your favorite style from the options presented and make it your very own.
The hand-building of the creation and glazing will be completed during class, then kiln fired and ready to pick up at McHarper Manor in about 2 weeks.
Skills learned:
*Pinch pot techniques and Hand building with clay (using hands to form figures out of clay)
*Manual dexterity (using cutters, templates, and molding tools on a small scale)
*Slipping and Scoring for craftsmanship.
This class is open to all skill levels and no experience is required. *Appropriate for ages 9+ (with paid seats for both child and adult who will accompany/stay for the session).
